1. What did you do in 2009 that you'd never done before?
I went to a convention. I finally found a style icon, and strangely enough became someone else's. I also finally got to do a real, live pub quiz.
2. Where did you study/work?
Goodwin, as I have since the beginning of '07
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
A high school friend that I am no longer particularly close to.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No
5. What countries did you visit?
None, I did continue my in depth exploration of the south eastern United States.
6. Did you move anywhere?
Nope
7. What sporting events did you go to?
A handful of Tulane football games to see the Marching Band.
8. What concerts did you go to?
Tulane choir.
9. Who was your Valentine in 2009?
No one
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I got a tetnus shot after getting a nail stuck in my heal while walking to the grocery store.
11. What was your best month?
February. Real Phase II archaeology. Gallifrey One convention. A Mardi Gras season that didn't leave me feeling badly about myself, and a relative saying that I was much more fun on my own turf.
12. Where did most of your money go?
Rent
13. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Doctor Who, Glee, Sweater pins.
14. What song will always remind you of 2009?
Don't stop believing (Glee Cast version). Also singing the cast recording a hairspray while rocking out a unit in Florida with Nicole.

Worked.
16. What were the best books you read?
I loved doing the young adult book challenge this summer on good reads.
17. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Singing. I miss choir terribly, but it is still incompatible with my job.
18. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Getting on my bosses nerves. I don't know how to stop that without becoming someone else though.
19. How did you spend Christmas?
With my immediate family, plus my mom's sister and her family. The best part was when we all played Rock Band and I schooled them in how to be the singer.

The random group of teenagers hanging out on the corner of Jefferson and Prytania shouting Monty Python lines at Passers-by
25. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 27. Went to lunch with Karen, who hadn't seen in a year and saw her new house. Then had dinner with my parents, brother, brother's girlfriend, and my mom's secretary who is like a aunt.

Many of the newbies at work.
