How does the Water Buffalo fit in again?
Jul. 31st, 2004 05:27 pmSit Down John, Sit Down John
Jul. 5th, 2004 09:09 amI meant to do that yesterday but then never managed to make my way over to this site. Oh well. Went to work. The first two and a half hours went really fast 'cause there was an actual project to do, then the second two and a half hours dragged on forever. Sears needs to be more busy whenever I'm there because there is only so much folding I can take.
May Father got back from his trip to Alaska. So Karen, If you want to come over and watch Buffy all of the DVDs are back and I'm free Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Watched 1776 to celebrate the forth, like we do every year. I love that movie. Its a musical and very funny. It should be more popular and take over the television airwaves at this time of year, but it doesn't. That will have to go on my list of goals, right next to reintroducing the word "fortnight" into american english.

Jul. 3rd, 2004 05:45 pmWorkin' Girl
Jul. 1st, 2004 09:36 pmOh, How I hate being the pantie girl. I feel like such a dirty old man having to rummage through what will someday be someone else's underwear. (Cause at $6.00 a piece it sure wont be mine)
Sears was so boring. There was no customers there and three MCA's so all I dod was walk around in circles looking for things on the floor (which there weren't any) and folding and re-folding all the shirts on tables. AHHHHHHHHHHH.
May be seeing Shrek 2 with
rougey152 ; although I don't have a time yet.

In other (not terribly exciting) news, I finally got my watch fixed, so now I know what time it is again.

What ever happened to Baby Jane?
Jun. 28th, 2004 09:07 pmThis morning I got to wait at home for the guy to come to fix the sliding doors. I just love baby-sitting delivery men. I felt like an idiot when I told him that the glass door had been broken by a "stone propelled by a weed-waker." I really need to not use odd sentence structure when talking to people that don't know me.
Spent the rest of the day watching movies. High Society is still enjoyable, although, The Philadelphia Story is still the superior telling of the same story. Unfortunately it does not seem to be out on DVD. At least it wasn't in the store when I was picking out something for my brother to get me as a Christmas present. Next I watched What Ever Happened to Baby Jane because my mother had randomly bought it. Mighty freaky movie, but definitely good.
Finally, I went to Sears to find out it I could start working yet. Turns out I can, so my mother can stop asking every five seconds if they have called yet. Yeah!
