Day Out

Went to lunch and then swimming in Lewes today. The pool was great; nice and warm, not too many people. Best of all was the "flume," apparently many english pools have them, which makes them infinitely superior to american pools in my opinion. Anyway it's a huge slide, that takes you through this black bit - vaguely reminiscent of Space Mountain, and then dumps you in a little pool at the bottom. According to the clocking mechanism, we were averaging around 7 mph on this thing. Tres cool. Though I do still smell like chlorine, even after a shower. Bleck.
