I fell in the lake today. But, I managed not to get the Trimble wet, so go me. Also, there was tons of prehistoric pottery just lying everywhere. Tres cool.
Ah, but how soggy did *you* get? Just back from York last night. 15 STPs and only one rusty nail in total. Some area of prehistoric potential. In other news? 4 days back in the actual field and Bam. Left elbow hurts again. Grr.
I got completely soggy to half-way up my chest, but the heat index was 105 so that was not entirely unwelcome. The Trimble is a handheld GPS unit, terribly expensive and not something I want to be responsible for breaking.
