Toby is awesome because he has words: beautiful, beautiful words. I'm always in awe of the talent to string words together to they cause your heart to clench and your breath to catch in your throat. Toby has that skill.
He also happens to be my favorite character of all West Wing, so clearly his awesomeness is very high on the awesomeness scale.
