I my landlords

I email my landlord yesterday afternoon with a list of four things that needed to be fixed, and when she left two minutes ago all but one were fixed.  The only thing outstanding is a replacement for the air-conditioner which is contingent on Sears calling an scheduling a delivery.  I hear such horror stories from other people about their landlords taking forever to fix things, and sometimes I feel like this journal is entirely too negative, that I just had to brag about my great ones!

My family are landlords but we never leave people hanging, so to speak. But I've heard those stories too. And as much as trouble as it is, if they are unhappy with them, just move out.
