I've let my parents know, but I'll put the word out here too in case you find yourself wondering. We've got a tropical storm, likely to become a hurricane, on the way. People here are going nuts because it is taking a similar path, and is supposed to make landfall on the same day as Katrina. However, it is at this point, and likely to remain, a MUCH SMALLER STORM.

glowwormtu and her husband, not because of any fault in my apartment, but because I don't want to be alone while it is storming. Mostly I am posting to say that starting Wednesday there is a good chance that I will be without electricity and therefore on a slight hiatus.
