Family Game Night

undy_niable has tried to institute a family game night, but since my parents don't like to play games it always ends up being just us. Today we played scrabble in the middle of the afternoon 'cause we were bored. Our game
undy_niable: Tau?
me: it's a word. It's a letter of the greek alphabet.
undy_niable: *disbelieving look*
me: What?! It's commonly used in English.
undy_niable: By who?
me: Members of the Gamma Tau chapter of Phi Sigma Pi.
After much complaining I looked it up and it is of course the nineteenth letter of the Greek alphabet, and if you think that is illegal it is also a subatomic particle. I didn't know that, but it works for me. Anyway I won by five points because I used up all my letters so he got -5 points. Just thought I'd share
