Well, I've only recently gotten into audiobooks. But here are my favorites so far:
Proven Guilty by Jim Butcher, read by James Marsters (It is book 8 in The Dresden Files series. But Marsters reads all of them!)
Sula by Toni Morrison, read by Lynne Thigpen (aka, The Chief from Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?)
Every Day in Tuscany by Frances Mayes, read by the author

Podcast wise I listen to SModcast and Tell 'Em Steve-Dave!. I used to listen to The Butcher Block but they haven't had a new one in ages.

I've also got 4 Doctor Who audiobooks I'd like to listen to. Also, the Torchwood radio plays from between season 2 and 3 are amazing.
