I feel your pain on all of this....loud cats, delegation, and cleaning up the messes of others.

Especially the cat, at least today. I had one under my window myself for quite a while, and then my neighbor's cat liked hanging out on the window ledge directly across from mine and howling as if someone was stabbing it death. That someone was about to be me.
