Wow, what an adventure. Why do people insist they can do things when they kow they cannot. Ugh. I am a notorious backer-upper ever since my work computer died a few years back, no one gave a shit, and I had to build everything again from the ground up. It was quite the unpleasant experience. I too have been looking into buying a new desktop but I seriously love Windows XP and do not want to have to deal with Vista. My baby is only four years old and in great condition. I could just buy the Microsoft updates I want like Office and the other things I can just download like Media player.
