Right now my base is an old camping mess kit that I found in the thrift store. I was using just general plates from my house, but these are so much lighter! I also have a couple of water bottles that I trade out, just some of general utensils, and a napkin from my kitchen.

Mostly for the kit, I'm thinking of making a drawstring bag that holds the mess kit with an attached sleeve for the water bottle.
