Well, Broadway night went off pretty well. Only one instance of someone coming in too early on a song, and that was apparently the new guy, so we'll give him a break. Even better I never have to do Ching-A-Ring or Polly-Wally again!

I need to start getting together music now for the normally scheduled one in the Spring. I have a bit of a crusade to convince people that worthwhile musical theater pieces are still being written. Tonights most modern piece was the Les Miserables medley and as much as I might love the show, it is still nearly 30 years old. Other things have happened since. Also, in general, we needed more funny.

Finally, with regards to yesterday's LJ problem with moderation queues, it appears to have been fixed today. YAY! and fingers crossed.

Generally with lj (and other web site changes) I'm pretty laid back and rarely get worked up about them. But this time they took away my spell check for comments. NOT COOL! The world at large does not need to know how truly atrocious my spelling is. Also, being able to put subject lines on comments had its uses even if I very rarely did.

In way more exciting happenings, I came back from choir practice to find my gift exchange fic waiting for me. My gifter chose the prompt that I totally wanted the most but didn't dare hope that anyone would actually take up. So, now I have fic about McGonagall, religion, and faith all with a back drop of Christmas. YAY! (if you have access to [livejournal.com profile] hh_sugarquill, that description sounds at all interesting, and you don't mind pottermore spoilers, you should totally go read it too. 'Cause gift-fic should always be pimped.)

I'm annoyed that changing my default icon changes all the old default icons.  Grr.  It's not like I took the old one off the computer.  Just changed my mood.

Most unoriginal subject line ever! I had a better one earlier, but I forget what is was and I don;t think I should watch last week's West Wing for the fourth time because that would be really dorky and obsessive. Suffice to say the subject line was going to come from Santos in Sit room, so you could probably figure it out if you wanted to.

Is it one word "toenails" or is it two "toe nails". Either way I painted them because it is sandel season and that is what one does. They look like crap. I really should spend more time cultivating girly talents.

Also why is everyone's journal friend's locked. It like randomly lj-stalking people I don't know and living vicariously through their much more exciting lives. And yet they insist on making it impossible for me. Grrr.

Either I'm going crazy, or my font randomly changed. Obviously I should come here more often.
